Overview
The Thrive Factors™ Navigator Assessment (the “Assessment”) is a self-coaching assessment that helps you identify innate talents. This policy describes what we collect when you purchase and take the assessment, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Email address — used to deliver your access link and results.
- Name — if you provide one when signing up, purchasing, contacting us, or sharing a testimonial. The current signup form asks only for your email address.
- Assessment responses — your card selections and reflections, stored so you can return to your results.
- Payment metadata — your paid-access status and any discount code used. PayPal processes your payment; we store the verified order and transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment date, and purchase email. We never see or store your card details.
- Survey responses — your ratings, recommendation score, and optional comments.
- Testimonials — only if you write one in the feedback form. It is shown publicly only if you check “OK to display publicly” and we approve it. Public testimonials use your first name and last initial when a real name is available; otherwise they show “Thrive Factors™ participant.”
- My plan — the planned date, first step, notes, and done status you enter, along with your reminder preference.
- Contact form messages — your name, email address, subject, message, and the status of your support request.
- Browser storage and cookies — keeps you signed in, remembers your email and audio preferences on your device, and stores local assessment progress and pending saves. If you choose to remember your email, the remembered-email cookie can last up to one year.
- Basic technical data — standard request logs used to operate the service and prevent abuse, including IP address and device information recorded with sign-in sessions. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived request logs (address requested, time, IP address, browser details, errors) that we use to run the site and investigate problems. To limit abuse, we record the IP address and time of contact-form messages, discount-code attempts and payment checks.
- Administrative and email records — account-management actions and historical email delivery logs, including account identifiers, email addresses, delivery status, and errors.
How we use your information
- Deliver the assessment and your personalized results.
- Send account and transactional messages such as access links and receipts.
- Improve the assessment experience in aggregate.
- Meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Send an optional reminder about your “Start this week” action: the day after your planned date, or seven days after your plan was first saved if you have not set a date. You can turn it off on the plan card.
- Display testimonials you have given permission to show publicly, after approval.
- Respond to contact form messages and support requests, manage account access, and troubleshoot email delivery.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored in our Supabase database with row-level access controls so that only you (and support staff acting on your behalf) can read your responses. We retain your results for as long as your account is active so you can revisit them. You can request deletion at any time.
If you delete your account, we delete your assessment responses, results, and plans. Survey ratings and approved testimonials may be kept without your name, as “Former user,” unless you ask us to delete them too. Names or other personal details you type into comments or testimonial text are not automatically removed; you can request deletion of that text too.
Support messages, administrator logs, and historical email logs are kept after account deletion for support, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Deleting your account does not remove copies of images you have shared with other people.
Payment records: we keep the verified PayPal or Venmo order and transaction IDs, amount, currency, payment date, payment method and any discount code for tax and accounting, including after your account is deleted. When an account is deleted, the email address is removed from these records and they are no longer linked to any account. PayPal keeps its own record of the payment under PayPal’s privacy policy.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the service. Fonts are served from our own site, not a third-party font service.
- Supabase — database, sign-in, and file storage for your account and assessment data.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website, so it handles every request (including your IP address and browser details) and keeps short-lived request logs. Cloudflare Turnstile may check the contact form for automated spam.
- PayPal — processes payments, including Venmo. We never see or store your card details.
- Resend — sends our emails: sign-in codes, results, plan reminders, and contact-form notifications.
- ElevenLabs — creates the narration recordings from our own scripts. None of your personal data is sent to ElevenLabs.
Your choices
