Terms of Service

By purchasing or using the Thrive Factors™ Navigator Assessment (the “Assessment”), you agree to these terms. The Assessment is a self-coaching assessment designed for personal reflection and career and life growth. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be 16 or older to use the Assessment. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must purchase it for you or give permission, and agrees to these terms on your behalf. Purchasers must be 18 or older.

The Assessment is offered as a single-tier, one-time purchase of $99 that grants full access to:

• The 50-card guided self-coaching assessment.
• Your personal report generated from your responses.
• Your results page: #1 Thrive Factor™, Thrive profile, supporting innate talents, growth blueprint, and a personal plan.
• Audio guidance throughout the assessment.

Your one-time purchase grants lifetime access to your personal assessment outputs and to future updates and improvements to your results page, for as long as the service remains operational. Payment is processed by PayPal or Venmo in U.S. dollars.

You can start over once while you're taking the assessment, if you'd like to rethink your choices. Once you finish and leave, your results are final — and you can view your summary anytime.

Compass Quest Thrive Factors™, including the assessment, the 50 Thrive Factors™, growth blueprints, and all site content, is owned by Beacon Quest Coaching. Your personal results are yours to keep, share, and reference; the underlying methodology and assets are not licensed for redistribution or derivative use.

If you submit a testimonial and agree to public display, you permit us to show it on our website with your first name and last initial. You can ask us to remove it at any time. Plans and notes you enter are yours; we store them only to provide the service.

The Assessment is a self-discovery, career and life development, and personal growth tool. It is explicitly not a substitute for licensed medical care, clinical psychological therapy, or professional counseling. Nothing in the assessment or report constitutes a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. If you are experiencing a mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your one-time sign-in code and for all activity that occurs under your account. To keep the service reliable and fair for everyone:

• Do not share your login link or resell access to your results.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.
• Use the assessment for personal reflection and coaching, not clinical diagnosis.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beacon Quest Coaching will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the assessment.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
